Torque Droidz Easy Hard reset

Good Day! Today i Receive this phoneTorque Droidz Easy.The owner forgot her Pattern  Lock

Luckily i have a solution for this. Thats thru Hard Resetting the phone. Hard Resetting your phone will Resolve the following issues:
1. If you forgot your Pattern Lock ( this is the current case)
2. Too Many Pattern and can't access Google account
3. You forgot your Password Lock
4. Your Device have app force close issues
5. Your device stuck in Logo ( sometimes this not work if the firmware is totally damage)

To Hard Reset :
For Jelly Bean Version
1. Turn of the phone
2. Press and Hold  VOLUME UP + Power Button simultaneously.Do not realease until you see an android
  with an exclamation mark.

3.Press Power Button to activate Android System Recovery

4. Press volume down to navigate and . Select Wipe data / factory reset
 Press volume up to confirm what you select.
5.  Reboot , Its Done

For Kit Kat Version 
1.Turn off the phone
2. Press and Hold Volume Down + Power Button  simultaneously.Do not release until you see
a chinese character in your screen.
3. Select a word MMC in it.It will clear all the data and Reboot your phone automatically.

Note: Doing above procedure  will delete all user data. Thats why backup is always important.
(Luckily hard formatting this phone in my case the pictures is still in the gallery.My friend is very happy
her naughty pics is not damage)
         If performing hard reset did not succeed, you need to wipe the cache first in the android system recovery before performing wipe / factory reset.
